目的 :评价甲硝唑在感染根管中的作用。方法 :10 0例根尖及牙髓病患者 ,实验组在根管中封入甲硝唑和甲醛甲酚液(FC) ,对照组在根管中封入 FC,治疗 1wk后观察 2组的疗效。结果 :实验组成功率为 90 % ,对照组成功率为 6 8% ,2组有显著性差异。结论 :甲硝唑在感染根管治疗中有明显疗效。
Abstract：AIM: To evaluate the effect of metronidazole (Met) on infectious root canal. METHODS: One hundred patients suffered from root apiex and dental pulp diseases were divided into test group (Met) and control group (formaol cresol solution, FC) to observe the therapeutic effect of Met. RESULTS: The successful rate was 90% in test group and 68% in control group respectively. There were remarkable differences between 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Met shows obvious therapeutic effects on infectious root canal.
