报道1例巴氯芬致鼻出血伴昏迷的病例。患者，女性，78岁，维持性血液透析患者，因“腰椎术后反复下肢疼痛半年”就诊于神经内科，考虑“坐骨神经痛”，给予巴氯芬片(10 mg,po,bid)治疗。患者在使用巴氯芬片1 d后，出现鼻出血伴昏迷。临床药师会诊，考虑为巴氯芬引起的药物不良反应，医嘱予立即停药，并予无肝素血液透析(2 h·d-1)治疗，血液透析2次后患者意识转清，鼻出血未再发生，病情好转出院。3个月后随访，患者未再复发鼻出血或昏迷等症状。
