目的 了解上海市民营医院药学服务现状以及人们对药学服务的认知与需求。方法 以实地问卷调研和“问卷星”在线调研相结合的形式，采用随机抽样法对上海市40所民营医院的医院领导、药剂科领导、药师、医师、护士和就医患者进行民营医院药学服务现状、认知与需求调研。结果 当前上海市民营医院药学工作模式仍以药品保障供应为主（80.65%），主要工作内容为以调剂为主的药学服务（96.77%）和药事管理（92.47%），仅11.83%民营医院实施了临床药师制，61.29%医院没有配备临床药师。96.36%被调研对象认为药学服务非常重要或重要，65.45%被调研对象认为民营医院药学服务质量和水平低于同级别公立医院。当前民营医院药学服务存在的主要问题为：药学服务形式和内容单一（83.47%），药学服务能力、质量和水平偏低（64.30%），临床药师缺乏（60.33%）等。超过九成的被调研对象希望民营医院实施临床药师制，开展临床药学工作，为患者提供优质药学服务。结论 上海市民营医院多数还未实施临床药师制，药学服务内容和形式单一，质量和水平较低，还有很大提升空间。人们对民营医院开展临床药学工作和提供高质量药学服务有强烈需求。今后民营医院应进一步更新观念，转变药学服务模式，拓展药学服务内容，加强临床药师制和药学服务体系建设，持续提升药学服务能力、质量和水平。

AIM To understand the current situation of pharmaceutical services in private hospitals in Shanghai,and their cognition and demand for pharmaceutical services. METHODS The hospital leaders, pharmacy leaders,pharmacists, doctors, nurses and patients in 40 private hospitals in Shanghai were investigated by random sampling method in the form of field survey and questionnaire star online survey. The main contents of the investigation involved in the current situation of pharmaceutical services of private hospitals in Shanghai as well as cognition and demand of the respondents. RESULTS At present, the main pharmaceutical work mode of private hospitals was still drugs supply(80.65%) in Shanghai, and the main work contents were pharmaceutical services based on drug dispensing(96.77%) and pharmaceutical management(92.47%). Only 11.83% of private hospitals had established the clinical pharmacist system,and 61.29% of the private hospitals had no clinical pharmacists. The 96.36% of the respondents thought pharmaceutical services was very important or important. The 65.45% of the respondents believed that the quality and level of pharmaceutical services in private hospitals were lower than those in governmental hospitals. The current major problems of pharmaceutical services in private hospitals are as follows: single form and simple content of pharmaceutical services(83.47%), low ability, quality and level of pharmaceutical services(64.30%), and lack of clinical pharmacists(60.33%).More than 90% of the respondents hoped that private hospitals establish clinical pharmacist system, carry out clinical pharmacy work and provide high-quality pharmaceutical services for patients. CONCLUSION Most private hospitals have not established the clinical pharmacist system, the content and form of pharmaceutical services are single, the quality and level of pharmaceutical service are low, and there is still much space for promotion. People hope private hospitals to carry out clinical pharmacy work and provide high-quality pharmaceutical services. In the future, private hospitals should further update their ideas, change the pharmaceutical service mode, expand the pharmaceutical service content, strengthen development of clinical pharmacist system and pharmaceutical service system, and continuously improve the ability,quality and level of pharmaceutical services.
