目的探讨临床药师对银屑病伴肾功能损害患者实施药学监护的过程、方法及其作用。方法结合1例银屑病伴肾功能损害患者应用外用糖皮质激素进行药物治疗的过程,临床药师针对外用糖皮质激素的药效强度、用药部位、用药剂量和不良反应等对患者进行监护和教育,同时对其他外用药的使用进行用药宣教。根据肾功能损害情况,对患者肾功能和血清电解质水平进行监测,同时根据患者疾病情况对其用药进行药物整合,并对治疗的全过程实施药学监护。结果与结论临床药师结合患者的临床症状、实验数据和药物作用特点等情况提出建议,使患者症状得到改善,病情被控制。临床药师在药学监护过程中能对保证用药合理性及安全性提供帮助,并提高患者的依从性。
