Sigma-1受体对抑郁患者认知功能的影响及临床应用

摘要:

近年来,抑郁症患者的认知功能己越来越受到国内外许多学者的关注。研究表明,Sigma-1受体在大脑中通过多个神经递质系统发挥缓解抑郁症状和改善认知功能的作用,从而达到治疗目的。氟伏沙明作为具有独特的Sigma-1受体激动剂的5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类抗抑郁药,具有神经修复和改善认知功能的作用,在治疗抑郁症、焦虑症和强迫症和精神分裂症中显示出其独特效用。
