目的探讨门诊应用低分子肝素钠联合草木犀流浸液片治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法17例下肢深静脉血栓的患者,予皮下注射低分子肝素钠4 000 U,bid,疗程7d,同时给予口服草木犀流浸液片1.2 g,tid,疗程30d。结果治疗前最大静脉回流量为(69.943±8.552)%,治疗14d后患肢最大静脉回流量为(93.375±5.993)%,治疗前后最大静脉回流量差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前大腿周径差为(5.732±1.478)cm,小腿为(3.036±0.942)cm,治疗后大腿周径差为(1.337±1.436)cm,小腿为(0.716±0.758)cm。治疗前后大小腿周径差的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),肿胀、疼痛明显缓解,其总有效率为94.1%。结论对于门诊治疗的急性下肢深静脉血栓患者,使用低分子肝素钠和草木犀流浸液片是一种有效的治疗方法。

AIM To evaluate the curative effect and dependability of the treatment for acute deep venous throm- bosis of the lower extremities by low molecular weight heparin sodium and melilotus extract tablet for outpatients.METH- ODS Seventeen outpatients with acute deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities were treated by low molecular weight heparin sodium 4 000 U,so,bid for 7 d and melilotus extract tablet 1.2 g,po,tid for 1 mo.RESULTS Before the treatment,the maxinum venous outflow(MVO)was(69.943±8.552)%,and that was(93.375±5.993)% after 14 d.There was significant statistic difference of MVO(P<0.01).Before the treatment,the circumference difference between the normal and sick thighs was(5.732±1.478)cm,that between the normal and sick legs was(3.036±0.942) cm.After the treatment,the difference between the thighs was(1.337±1.436)cm and that between the legs was (0.716±0.758)cm.There was statistic difference in the circumference of the thighs and legs(P<0.05).Pain and turgescence were relieved obviously.The total effective rate was 94.1%.CONCLUSION For outpatients,the low molecular weight heparin sodium and melilotus extract tablet for treatment of acute DVT of lower limb is an effective method.
