报道1例成人Still病（AOSD）伴巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、风疹病毒、细环病毒、肺炎支原体感染的重症病例。该患者历经近2月经多家医院治疗仍反复高热伴胸闷气促，临床药师在药学实践中围绕病原体感染在发病机制中的角色和抗感染治疗的必要性进行深入的文献复习后，围绕抗感染治疗方案的制定、抗炎和免疫抑制与调节等方面实施药学监护，使感染和炎症得到迅速控制，患者获得成功救治。
