目的探讨右美托咪定(Dex)在乳腺癌手术静脉吸入复合麻醉(VICA)中的应用效果。方法选取70例确诊为乳腺癌的患者,按随机数字表法将其随机分成Dex组和对照组,各35例。2组患者均在VICA条件下行乳腺癌手术,Dex组患者在术中辅以静脉泵注Dex治疗,对照组患者辅以静脉泵注0.9%氯化钠注射剂,之后比较2组患者的麻醉效果。结果 Dex组患者术中的平均动脉压、心率均较对照组有所改善,术中不良事件的发生率以及OAA/S和躁动评分均较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌手术VICA中辅以Dex治疗的麻醉效果较好,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract：AIM To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine vein inhalation combined anesthesia(VICA) in breast cancer operation.METHODS A total of 70 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into dexmedetomidine group(35 patients) and control group(35 patients) according to random number table.The above 2 groups of patients received breast cancer surgery under VICA with dexmedetomidine or 0.9%sodium chloride injection as adjuvant drug,respectively.The effects of anesthesia were compared.RESULTS The mean arterial pressure and heart rate in dexmedetomidine group were significantly better than those of control group with low incidence of adverse events.OAA/S scale and sedation-agitation scale in dexmedetomidine group were both improved(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Dexmedetomidine should be selected as adjuvant drug in the anesthesia of breast cancer surgery for the ideal aid in anesthesia,which has higher clinical application value.
