目的:寻求一种能延长滴眼剂在眼球周围的附着时间、生物兼容性和稳定性好、价廉的新型增粘剂.方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定了在加速试验条件下环丙沙星在几丁糖和透明质酸钠溶液中的稳定性,用药液小滴与固体浸润角和毛细管方法分别测定了几丁糖和透明质酸钠增稠后,环丙沙星滴眼液的表面张力和粘度,并测定了增稠后的滴眼液对兔眼的刺激性.结果:环丙沙星的含量在加速试验中无明显变化,表面张力接近,粘度增加,两种增粘剂加入后对兔眼均无刺激性.结论:几丁糖和透明质酸钠的加入不影响环丙沙星滴眼液的稳定性,提高了药液粘度,可用于环丙沙星滴眼液中的增粘剂,有利于药物在眼内的附着时间延长.
Abstract:AIM:To search for a new kind of densifier with good biological compatibility, stability and cheapness to increase the attach time of eye drops around eyeball. METHODS: Stability of ciprofloxacin in the solutions of chitosan and hyaluronic acid were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotorneter under accelerating testing conditions. Besides,the surface tension of ciprofloxacin eye drops with the addition of chitosan and hyaluronic acid as the densifier and their viscosity had been determined by measuring wetting angle of the drop on soild and by using capillarimeter respectively. And the stimulation of the eye drops imposed on the eye of rabits after densified was checked. RESULTS:The content of ciproloxacin eye drops kept almost unchanged during accelerating test. The surface tensions of the eye drops with and without chitosan and hyaluronic acid were similar, while the viscosity of the eye drops with chitosan and hyaluronic acid were increased. No stimulation on the eye of rabits was found after densified with the two kinds of densifiers. CONCLUSION:The addition of medical chitosan and hyaluronic acid to ciprofloxacin eye drops have no influence on its stability and thrill and can be applied in the eye drop of ciprofloxacin. The increase in viscosity is benefit to extend the attach time of drugs in the eye.
