目的综述重组人生长激素(rhGH)的长效注射剂型及非注射给药途径。方法利用Pubmed、Springer Link、CNKI、万方、维普等数据库以"rhGH、长效注射制剂、rhGH给药途径"等关键词进行检索,并查阅了大量参考文献。结果获得rhGH的生物可降解微球缓释制剂、脂质体制剂、聚乙二醇(PEG)修饰制剂、蔗糖醋酸异丁酸酯(SAIB)修饰制剂及rhGH的非注射给药途径。结论 rhGH长效注射剂型及非注射给药途径的成功研制将会降低患者的痛苦和经济负担,增加患者的依从性,具有广阔的市场价值和应用前景。
