目的 :研究羟考酮对左旋氧氟沙星 (L VFX)在人体内药物动力学的影响。方法 :8名健康志愿者 ,单用 L VFX或合用羟考酮 ,用 HPL C法测定血药浓度。结果 :单用 L VFX5 0 0 m g后的药物动力学参数分别为 :tmax(1.5 6 2± 1.0 5 0 ) h,cmax(6 .6 419± 0 .15 86 0 )︼g/ ml,AU C(47.6 5± 11.2 9) h·︼g/ m l,T1 /2 (β) (7.0 34± 0 .941) h;合用羟考酮时 ,L VFX的药物动力学参数分别为 :tmax(1.12 5± 0 .6 41) h,cmax(7.6 5 2± 2 .5 94)︼g/ m l,AU C(48.74± 10 .5 8) h·︼g/ m l,T1 /2 (β) (6 .2 75± 0 .5 88) h。两者除T1 /2 ka和 cmax外 ,无显著性差异。结论 :羟考酮对 L VFX在人体内药物动力学参数无影响。
Abstract:AIM: To study the pharmacokinetic interaction between levofloxacin and oxycodone. METHODS: Single dose of levofloxacin or co administrated with oxycodone was given orally to 8 healthy volunteers. The drug concentration was assayed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS: The pharmacokinetic parameters of single use of levofloxacin were: t max (1 562±1 050)h, c max (6 641 9±1 586 0)μg/ml, AUC(47 65±11 29)h·μg/ml, T 1/2(β) (7 034±0 941)h, and that of co admi nistrated with oxycodone were: t max (1 125±0 641) h, c max (7 652±2 594) μg/ml, AUC (48 74±10 58) h·μg/ml T 1/2(β) (6 275±0 588) h. No any significant differences were found for the parameters between 2 groups except T 1/2ka and c max . CONCLUSION: There have no any effects to the pharmacokinetic parameters of levofloxacin by oxycodone.
