报道1例糖尿病合并创面感染患者的抗感染治疗过程。患者，男性，因“发现血糖升高7年，左侧胫前皮肤红肿溃烂加重半个月”入院，临床诊断为奴卡菌皮肤软组织感染，给予复方磺胺甲噁唑治疗。入院第12天，患者出现肌酐清除率降低、血钾升高。临床药师查阅相关文献，考虑复方磺胺甲噁唑引起的不良反应可能性大，建议根据肌酐清除率调整剂量并充分水化。临床医师采纳建议。经治疗，患者病情稳定，肌酐清除率未再降低，血钾未再继续升高，生命体征平稳，病情得到有效缓解。
