目的探讨重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)机械通气患者人机对抗的治疗方案,以及肌松药物罗库溴铵对其疗效,为临床用药提供参考。方法通过临床药师参与1例罗库溴铵治疗重症ARDS患者人机对抗的治疗过程,分析治疗方案。结果临床药师建议采用肌松药物罗库溴铵进行治疗,患者的人机对抗经过治疗后好转,同时密切监测患者的肌松水平,警惕神经阻滞不良反应的发生。结论罗库溴铵可显著改善重症ARDS患者的人机对抗症状。临床药师通过参与患者的肌松药物治疗过程,协助医师优化肌松药物治疗方案,保障患者合理、安全用药。
