1例ST23-K1型高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌致肺脓肿的抗感染治疗分析

摘要:

报道1例ST23-K1型高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌致肺脓肿的抗感染治疗过程。患者,男性,48岁,因发热、咳嗽、咳痰伴胸痛入院,经检测确诊为由ST23-K1型高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌引发的肺脓肿。患者无基础疾病史,但有食管癌根治术和痔上黏膜环切术史。住院期间采用哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠和左氧氟沙星联合抗感染治疗,同时实施对症治疗和血糖监测。经治疗,患者症状明显好转,最终转为口服西他沙星序贯治疗,出院后随访显示感染病灶吸收良好。
