目的 了解硫酸羟氯喹片超说明书治疗口腔扁平苔藓的合理性，为规范硫酸羟氯喹片的使用提供参考。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，对2021年1-6月503张硫酸羟氯喹片治疗口腔扁平苔藓处方中患者性别、年龄，硫酸羟氯喹片用法用量、联合用药情况等进行统计和分析。结果 处方患者中，男性149例（29.62%），女性354例（70.38%）；年龄（52.0±12.6）岁，22～83岁；503张处方中498张（99.01%）处方日剂量200 mg,5张（0.99%）处方日剂量400 mg;465张（92.45%）处方联合使用了其他药物，包括外用药（78.13%）、口服中成药（49.11%）、口服西药（23.86%）、糖皮质激素注射液（2.39%）等，38张（7.55%）处方单用硫酸羟氯喹片。结论 硫酸羟氯喹片超说明书治疗口腔扁平苔藓较为合理，医师处方前须取得患者知情同意，定期随访患者，根据检查结果及病情变化调整用药。

AIM To understand the rationality of off-label treatment of hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets in the treatment of oral lichen planus so as to provide references for standardizing its use. METHODS Retrospective statistical method was used to analyze the gender, age, drug usage and dosage, drug combination of 503 prescriptions of hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets for the treatment of oral lichen planus from January to June 2021. RESULTS Among the prescribed patients, 149 patients were males(29.62%), and 354 patients were females(70.38%). The age range was(52.0±12.6) years old, from 22 to 83 years old. Among 503 prescriptions, 498 prescriptions(99.01%) were prescribed daily dose of 200 mg, 5 prescriptions(0.99%) were prescribed daily dose of 400 mg. The 465 prescriptions(92.45%) were combined with other drugs, including external medicine(78.13%), oral Chinese patent medicine(49.11%), oral western medicine(23.86%), and glucocorticoids injection(2.39%), and 38 prescriptions(7.55%) were prescribed hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets alone. CONCLUSION The off-label treatment of oral lichen planus with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets is reasonable. Doctors must obtain the patient's informed consent before prescribing, follow up the patients regularly, and adjust the medication according to the examination results and changes in the condition.
