监测45例肾移植术后病人168份CsA血药浓度及血、尿TH蛋白(THP)水平.结果:术后肾功能正常组其血、尿THP比术前均明显升高,而急性排异组其尿THP显著降低,全血CsA浓度明显低于肾功能正常组.提示动态观察THP水平有助于提示移植排异反应,对及时调整CsA用量具有重要的临床意义.
Abstract：168 results of cyclosporin A(CsA) blood concentration and the Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP)in serum and urine were detected in 45 renal transplanted recipients. It was indicated that the THP in serum and urine of renal function normal patients increased significantly after operation. The urine THP and CsA blood concentration decreased significantly in the acute rejection. The results suggested that it has distinguished the graft rejection by determining THP. It has important clinical significance for regulatation the dosage of CsA.
