用前瞻性、自身对照方法观察普伐他丁(Pravastatin)对原发性高胆固醇血症(Ⅱa或Ⅱb)的疗效和安全性.26例病人每晚一次服普伐他丁10～20mg,疗程8wk.治疗前后比较,用药4wk各项血脂指标已有改善,8wk末空腹血清总胆固醇(TC)平均降低17%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)平均降低22%,甘油三脂(TG)平均降低30%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)平均升高19%,均达治疗有效标准.出现荨麻疹2例,恶心呕吐1例,均停药.结论:普伐他丁为有效降脂药,对TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG都有效,服药耐受性和顺从性良好.
Abstract：To study the efficacy and safety of pravastatin for primary hyperc-holesterolemia (Ⅱ a or Ⅱ b),26 patients were given pravastatin tablet 10 to 20mg,once every night for eight weeks. Compared to the baseline,lipid parameters in the end of 4th week had been improved. In the end of 8th week,averaged fasting serum TC level decreased by 17%; LDL-C by 22% ;TG by 30%. And HDL-C level increased by 19%. There were 3 cases of side effects (2 of urticaria,1 of nausea and vomiting). Conclusion:pravastatin is an effective and safe blood lipid-lowering agent,and is of good patient compliance.
