目的 :比较吸入福莫特罗与沙丁胺醇治疗成人慢性轻、中度支气管哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法 :将 80例患者采用随机、平行、对照的方法分为福莫特罗组 (n =4 0 ) ,吸入福莫特罗 4 5 μg ,bid ;沙丁胺醇组 (n =4 0 ) ,吸入沙丁胺醇 2 0 0 μg ,bid。疗程均为 12wk。观察 2组临床症状的改善情况和药物不良反应的发生率。结果 :福莫特罗明显改善患者的肺功能和临床症状 ,与沙丁胺醇比较 ,P <0 0 5 ;2组药物不良反应发生率比较 ,P >0 0 5。结论 :吸入福莫特罗控制哮喘临床症状优于沙丁胺醇
Abstract：AIM:To compare the efficacy and safety of inhaled formoterol versus inhaled salbutamol in treatment of chronic mild to moderate adult bronchial asthma. METHODS: In a parallel contrast study 80 subjects with asthma were randomly assigned to treatment with either inhaled formoterol(n=40) 4.5 μg, bid or inhaled salbutamol(n=40) 200 μg,bid during 12 wk to observe the symptoms and the occurrence rate of adverse drug reaction in 2 groups. RESULTS: There were significant differences between inhalation of formoterol and inhalation of salbutamol in improvement of symptoms and lung function (P<0.05). Adverse drug reaction was not significantly different between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Inhalation of formoterol in treatment of asthma is more effective than inhalation of salbutamol in improving symptoms and lung function.
