目的分析我院中药制剂临床应用情况,评价其所处的地位及作用,为中药制剂未来的发展提供参考。方法对2009-2011年我院中药制剂的销售及应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果我院的中药制剂销售总体呈上升趋势,多集中应用在门诊,各科室与各品种间的应用情况差异较大。结论医疗机构中药制剂是医院临床用药的重要补充,重特色、讲实效、重传承是未来发展的方向。

AIM To analyze the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparations in our hospital,to evaluate its status and effect and to provide reference for the future development of traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparations.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on the utilization and sales of traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparations in our hospital from 2009 to 2011.RESULTS The sale trend of traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparations in our hospital was going up.However the application in the different departments and of different varieties had bigger difference,and the application was mainly concentrated on the outpatient departments.CONCLUSION The traditional Chinese medicine hospital preparations are still important supplements to the clinic,and the future direction of development is to put the emphasis on the characteristic,practicality and tradition.
