目的了解我院口腔颌面外科门诊处方合理用药状况。方法对我院2008年7月口腔颌面外科门诊处方根据合理用药国际调研指标进行统计和分析。结果应诊不使用药物治疗的患者占56.37%;用药者中平均用药品种数1.32种;抗菌药物使用率16.07%,占总药费的38.16%;注射剂使用率87.08%,占总药费的36.09%;国家基本药物使用率94.85%;平均处方金额14.78元;用药金额以抗菌药物、局部麻醉药、中成药、中枢神经系统药物和口腔外用药为主,占总金额的92.30%。结论我院口腔颌面外科门诊处方用药基本合理。

AIM To probe into the rational drug use condition for outpatient prescriptions in department of oral and maxillofacial surgery. METHODS All the outpatient prescriptions in department of oral and maxillofacial surgery were subjected to statistical analysis using international investigation indicators for rational drug use. RESULTS The percentage of outpatients treated without drugs was 56.37%. The average number of drugs prescribed for the rest outpatients was 1.32. The percentage of outpatients that received antibacterial,injections and essential drugs were 16.07%,87.08% and 94.85%,respectively. The antibacterial and injections accounted for 38.16% and 36.09% of total drug cost,respectively. The average drug cost per prescription was 14.78 Yuan(RMB). Antibacterial,local anesthetics,Chinese patent medicine,central nervous system drugs and oral drugs for exterior use ranked in front 5 in sum of money,they accounted for 92.30% of the total. Most drugs which ranked in front 10 in prescribing frequency belonged to these 5 types of drugs. CONCLUSION The use of drugs in department of oral and maxillofacial surgery is basically rational.
