目的比较国产米格列奈和进口那格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的疗效和安全性。方法用随机双盲双模拟平行方法,244例患者经国产米格列奈或进口那格列奈16周治疗,比较两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、空腹血糖(FBG)降低情况。结果两组治疗后HbA1c、2hPBG和FBG均较治疗前显著降低,两组自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后的差值组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HbA1c达标率、静脉2hPBG、FBG控制情况两组类似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良事件发生率之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产米格列奈片治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切,安全性和耐受性良好。
Abstract：AIM To compare the efficacy and safety of domestic mitiglinide and imported nateglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus( DM). METHODS The study was designed in randomized,double blind,double dummy and paralled controlled fashion. A total of 244 patients of type 2 DM were randomly treated with either mitiglinide or nateglinide for 16 weeks. Before and after 16 weeks of the treatment,the HbA1c,2-hour postprandial blood glucose( 2hPBG),fasting blood glucose( FBG) in vein were detected as the efficient index. RESULTS The HbA1c,2hPBG,FBG in vein were decreased in both groups after treatment. Efficacy,adverse event and adverse drug reaction incidence were no distinct difference between 2 groups( P > 0. 05). CONCLUSION The curative effect of domestic mitiglinide is exact,safe and well tolerated.
