目的研究磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性乙醇中毒的临床疗效和对患者心功能的影响。方法选取我院2014年2月到2016年2月间收治的急性乙醇中毒危重患者118例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各59例。对照组患者给予临床常规治疗;观察组患者在临床常规治疗基础上,给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效;且于治疗后1、3 d,比较2组患者心肌生化指标和心功能水平。结果观察组的临床总有效率与对照组相比差异未见统计学意义(93.22%vs 91.53%,P>0.05)。治疗后1、3 d,观察组的cTnT、LDH、CK-MB、CK、AST等指标水平均明显低于治疗前,且低于同期对照组(均为P<0.01)。2组的LVEF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的心电图异常率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用磷酸肌酸钠治疗能明显提高急性乙醇中毒危重患者的临床疗效,且对患者的心肌具有良好的保护作用,减少心脏意外事件发生,具有较高的治疗安全性。

AIM To study the clinical efficacy of creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of acute alcoholism and its effect on cardiac functions. METHODS A total of 118 patients with acute alcoholism were admitted in this study,who were treated at our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016. All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,with 59 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were administered with creatine phosphate sodium on the basis of conventional treatment. The clincial efficacy was compared between 2 groups,and the cardiac biochemical markers and cardiac function were compared between 2 groups at day 1 and day 3 after treatment. RESULTS The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 93. 22%,which was very similar with that in the control group(91. 53%,P > 0. 05). And at day 1 and day 3 after treatment,the levels of cTnT,LDH,CK-MB,CK and AST in the observation groups were all significantly lower than those before treatment and those of the control group( all P < 0. 01). But there was no significant difference between the 2 groups with respect to LVEF level( P > 0. 05). In addition,the incidence of abnormal ECG in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION The creatine phosphate sodium has a protective effect on myocardial cells in the treatment of patients with acute alcoholism,with high safety and reduced cardiac accidents.
