目的考察不同温度下多索茶碱与地塞米松磷酸钠在0.9%氯化钠注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法采用HPLC法测定多索茶碱和地塞米松磷酸钠配伍6 h内各个时刻的含量,同时观察配伍液外观并测定pH值。结果2种药配伍后,配伍液外观澄明,含量无明显变化,pH变化<1.0。结论2种药在3种温度下6 h内,配伍较稳定。
Abstract：AIM To study the stability of doxofylline compatible with dexamethasone sodium phosphate in 0.9% sodium chloride injection solution under 4℃,25℃ and 37℃.METHODS Doxofylline and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were determined by RP-HPLC method at 4℃,25℃ and 37℃ within 6 h,and the appearance of the solution was observed and its pH value was determined.RESULTS No significant differences were found in terms of the appearance and the contents of the mixed solution,the changes of pH value were not more than 1.0.CONCLUSION The mixture of doxofylline and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in 0.9% sodium chloride injection solution can be used under 4℃,25℃ and 37℃ winthin 6 h of mixing.
