青霉素皮试的流行病学分析

摘要:

目的通过计算青霉素皮试可疑阳性反应的发生率,探索开发和利用药品计算机网络化管理资源研究药物不良反应的发生率。方法调用本院用药数据库,锁定使用青霉素皮试液的患者,统计人数。筛选出青霉素皮试后不用青霉素类药物者为可疑阳性反应的患者,计算其可疑阳性率。结果青霉素皮试可疑阳性反应的发生率高达38.0%,其发生率与患者年龄、使用季节和科室有关。青霉素类药物引起过敏性休克2例,占青霉素皮试者的0.068%。结论利用药品计算机网络化管理资源辅助研究药物不良反应发生率的方法有一定价值,值得进一步探索。青霉素皮试阳性率很高,应引起足够的重视。

Abstract:

AIM To explore the methods of developing and utilizing of the resources in the computer network administration system and to research the adverse reaction(ADR) rate of drugs by means of calculating the dubious positive reaction rate of the penicillin skin test. METHODS The medicine data bank of hospital was called, the patients who employed the penicillin skin test were found out, and the number of the patients was counted. The patients who employed the penicillin skin test but did not use the penicillin were served as the patients having the dubious positive reaction. The rate of the dubious positive reaction was calculated. RESULTS The results showed that the rate of the dubious positive reaction of the penicillin skin test was 38.0% and had relationship with the age of patients, the use season and the department of doing penicillin skin test in the hospital. There were two cases of hypersensitivity shock, and the rate of hypersensitivity shock was 0.068%. CONCLUSION It is valuable to utilize the resources in the computer network administration system to research the ADR rate. The high positive reaction rate of the penicillin skin test ought to be attached great importance to.
