<正> 顺铂(Cis-Diamminedichloroplatinum,CDDP)是铂的金属络合物,能与癌细胞的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)上的碱基嘌呤、腺嘌呤、胞嘧啶形成交叉联结,破坏DNA功能,从而抑制癌细胞的分裂生长,是一种高效广谱抗癌药物,在临床应用较为普遍。但由于顺铂严重的毒副反应如胃肠道反应,骨髓抑制,肾脏损伤和耳毒性等,常使患者被迫中断化疗而影响治疗效果。降低顺铂毒副反应,提高治疗
