基于MCDEX数据库评价临床常用抗癫痫药的药物相互作用

摘要:

目的 评价临床常用抗癫痫药的药物相互作用。方法 通过MCDEX数据库,在药物相互作用模块中以临床常用的抗癫痫药为检索词,将检索到的药物相互作用按“禁忌合用”“不推荐合用”“谨慎合用”“关注”“可以合用”进行分类、归纳和分析。结果 在MCDEX数据库中共检索到22种临床常用抗癫痫药共涉及药物相互作用8 203对,其中“禁忌合用”“不推荐合用”“谨慎合用”“关注”“可以合用”分别有159(占1.94%)、877(占10.69%)、6 402(占78.04%)、659(占8.03%)、106(占1.29%)对。传统抗癫痫药涉及的药物相互作用数量明显多于新型抗癫痫药(7 190对vs 1 013对)。结论 抗癫痫药在临床治疗过程中易与其他药物发生相互作用,应谨慎使用。

Abstract:

AIM To evaluate drug-drug interactions(DDI) among commonly used antiepileptic drugs. METHODS DDIs for commonly used antiepileptic drugs were retrieved from the drug interactions module of the MCDEX database, and after being categorized, summarized, and analyzed, they fell into 5 categories: contraindicated, not recommended, cautious use, attention, and permissible combination. RESULTS A total of 8 203 pairs of DDI involving 22 commonly used antiepileptic drugs were retrieved from the MCDEX database. Among these, the numbers of DDI classified as "contraindicated", "not recommended", "cautious", "attention", and "permissible" were 159(1.94%), 877(10.69%), 6 402(78.04%), 659(8.03%), and 106(1.29%), respectively. The number of DDI involving traditional antiepileptic drugs was significantly higher than that involving new antiepileptic drugs(7 190 pairs vs 1 013 pairs). CONCLUSION Antiepileptic drugs are prone to interacting with other drugs during clinical treatment and should be used with caution.
