目的评价马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的降压疗效和安全性。方法选择轻、中度原发性高血压患者44例,经过1wk的导入期后,采用阳性药物对照、随机将患者分为试验组22例,口服马来酸左旋氨氯地平2.5~5mg,qd;对照组22例,口服苯磺酸氨氯地平5~10 mg,qd,共治疗8 wk。同时观察2组血压、心率、血尿常规、血糖和肝肾功能。结果试验组和对照组治疗8 wk后,DBP分别从(98.48±5.13)和(99.18±5.23)mm Hg下降至(83.28±5.58)和(83.19±5.79)mm Hg;SBP分别从(156.26±9.81)、(158.23±10.15)mm Hg,下降至(131.50±8.75)、(131.74±7.79)mm Hg,P均<0.01。2组的心率及各项血、尿生化指标治疗前后均无显著差异,不良反应发生率均<5%。结论马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗轻、中度原发性高血压患者,在短期内可有效降低DBP与SBP,不良反应发生率低,其疗效及不良反应与苯磺酸氨氯地平基本相同。

AIM To evaluate the effect and safety of levoamlodipine maleate on patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension.METHODS Forty-four patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension were randomized to test group(2.5-5 mg·d-1 of levoamlodipine maleate for 8 wk) or control group(5-10 mg·d-1 of amlodipine besylate for 8 wk).The blood pressure,heart rate,blood routine,urine routine,fasting plasma glucose,liver function,and renal function were detected.RESULTS The average diastolic blood pressure of patients in the test group and in the control group declined from(98.48±5.13)mm Hg to(83.28±5.58)mm Hg and(99.18±5.23)mm Hg to(83.19±5.79)mm Hg,respectively(P<0.01);the average systolic blood pressure of patients in the test group and in the control group declined from(156.26±9.81)mm Hg to(131.50±8.75)mm Hg and(158.23±10.15)mm Hg to(131.74±7.79)mm Hg,respectively(P<0.01);The blood pressure,heart rate,blood routine,urine routine,fasting plasma glucose,liver function,and renal function between 2 groups had no significant differences.CONCLUSION Levoamlodipine maleate had the same effect and safety on patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension as amlodipine besylate.
