回顾性分析1例81岁急性髓系白血病患者应用维奈克拉联合低剂量阿糖胞苷和阿扎胞苷的治疗过程。患者在给予维奈克拉（100 mg,po,qd，第1-21天）+阿扎胞苷（100 mg,iv,qd，第1-7天）方案联合化疗后，白细胞计数得到了有效降低，但血小板计数一过性升高至610×109·L-1。联合化疗7 d后，血小板计数降低且出现粒细胞缺乏症并导致肺部、泌尿系统感染。后经调整用药方案（阿糖胞苷30 mg,iv,q12h，第2-8天；维奈克拉100 mg,po,qd，第1-7天）及对症支持治疗后，患者症状好转，准予出院。
