目的评价上海市闵行区12家社区卫生服务中心抗菌药物用药现状。方法收集12家社区卫生服务中心2014年集中采购数据,对抗菌药物品种和购药金额采用药物研究方法进行统计分析,评价用药合理性。结果 2014年抗菌药物购药总金额1 461.38万元,其中非限制、限制使用级抗菌药物分别占67.36%与32.64%。用药频度排序前3位的分别是头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类和大环内酯类。限定日费用最小的是硝咪唑类(0.85元)。结论上海市闵行区社区卫生服务中心用药基本合理,但合理使用和规范化管理任重道远,应继续加强抗菌药物的分级使用监管。
Abstract：AIM To evaluate the present situation of antimicrobial drugs in 12 community health service centers. METHODS By collecting the data of procurement,species,purchase amount of antimicrobial drugs from12 regional community health service centers of Shanghai,the reasonableness of the medicine use on the base of medicine research and statistic analysis was evaluated. RESULTS In 2014 the total amount of the purchase antimicrobial drugs was 14. 613 8 million yuan,of which the non-restricted and the restricted antimicrobial drugs were67. 36% and 32. 64% respectively. The top three in the DDDs list was cephalosporins,quinolone and macrolides.While,the least amount of DDDs belonged to nitrate imidazoles,which was 0. 85 yuan. CONCLUSION The medication of antimicrobial drugs in 12 community health service centers is basically reasonable. We should continue to strength the supervision and the regulate classification use of antimicrobial drugs.
