目的观察咪喹莫特乳膏局部外用预防尖锐湿疣激光术后复发的效果。方法将107例尖锐湿疣患者随机分成2组,治疗组在CO2激光术后局部外用咪喹莫特乳膏8 wk,对照组单纯用CO2激光治疗,随访6 mo,观察2组患者有无疣体复发。结果随访6 mo,治疗组的复发率为12.50%,对照组的复发率为45.10%(P<0.01)。结论咪喹莫特乳膏局部外用对尖锐湿疣激光术后复发具有预防作用。

AIM To observe the effect of imiquimod 5% cream for topical application on preventing recurrence of condyloma acuminatum after CO₂ laser treatment.METHODS One hundred and seven patients of condyloma acuminatum were randomized into 2 groups: treatment group and control group.The treatment group(n=56) was treated with imiquimod 5% cream topically for 8 wk after CO₂ laser therapy. Control group(n=51) was treated with CO₂ laser therapy only.All cases were followed-up for 6 mo to observe the recurrence of wart.RESULTS After 6 mo,the recurrence rate was 12.50% in the treatment group and 45.10% in the control group(P< 0.01).CONCLUSION Using imiquimod 5% cream topically is effective in prevention of condyloma acuminatum relapse after CO₂ laser treatment.
