目的探讨临床药学学科建设的内涵、范畴,提升医院药学界对该学科建设的认识和紧迫感,加速我国临床药学发展。方法总结我国临床药学工作相关的政策法规制度与医院药学部门药学服务现状,借鉴国外学科建设的成功经验,论证我国临床药学学科建设内涵和范畴。结果与结论建立以病人为中心,服务患者,安全用药的基本理念,药师应当为深化公立医院改革作出贡献。坚持临床药学学科的发展方向,通过不懈地努力将取得最终的成功。

AIM Through the discussion for the connotation,category and developing tendency of the clinical pharmacy subject,to upgrade the recognition and the sense of urgency of hospital pharmacy department on the clinical pharmacy discipline construction,and to accelerate the clinical pharmacy development in our country.METHODS The policy laws and regulations related with our clinical pharmacy work and the pharmaceutical care current situation of hospital pharmacy department were summarized. By referring to the successful experience of abroad discipline construction,the direction and purpose,connotation and category of clinical pharmacy discipline construction in our country were demonstrated. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The basic idea that taking patient as the center and serving for the patient is established,and pharmacists should make a contribution to deepen the reform for the public hospitals. However,the ultimate success of discipline construction depends on the unremitting efforts from the hospital pharmacy itself.
