中药枳实对功能性消化不良大鼠胃排空的影响

摘要:

目的研究枳实对功能性消化不良大鼠胃排空的影响及其可能机制。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组和模型+枳实组。测定各组大鼠胃排空速率,并对大鼠胃窦组织进行P物质、胃动素及血管活性肠肽免疫组化染色。结果模型组大鼠胃排空速率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。应用枳实水提取液后大鼠胃排空速率增加,与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。模型组大鼠胃窦组织P物质、胃动素明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),血管活性肠肽明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。应用枳实水提取液后大鼠胃窦组织P物质、胃动素明显增加,血管活性肠肽明显减少,与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论枳实可改善功能性消化不良大鼠的胃排空,其机制可能与胃窦组织P物质、胃动素的分布增加及血管活性肠肽的减少有关。

Abstract:

AIM To investigate the effect of immature bitter orange on gastric emptying in rats with functional dyspepsia and its mechanisms.METHODS All 30 wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and immature bitter orange plus model group,the gastric emptying changes of rats were assayed and distributions of substance P(SP),motilin(MTL)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in antral tissue were observed by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS Compared with control group,the gastric emptying in model group markedly decreased(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05) after treatment with immature bitter orange.The distributions of SP,MTL positive nerves decreased significantly and the distributions of VIP positive nerves significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05)in model group,but after treatment with immature bitter orange,the denites of SP,MTL positive nerves and VIP nerves had no significant differences(P>0.05) compared with control group.CONCLUSION The immature bitter orange may improve the gastric emptying of rats with functional dyspepsia,which maybe related to distribution increase of SP,MTL and distribution decrease of VIP in antral tissue.
