目的 完善临床药学专业本科实践教学内部质量监控体系,促进临床药学专业本科实践教学的良性循环。方法 选取2020年7月至2022年6月在临床药学专业实践基地实习的临床药学专业本科学生234名作为研究对象。在2021年7月至2022年6月的临床药学本科专业实践教学内部质量监控中引入PDCA循环法,每10周为1个循环周期,持续改进。比较PDCA循环法实施前后该基地实习学生的出科考试分数和该基地与其他基地实习学生客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)分数。结果 PDCA循环法实施后的该基地实习学生最后一次出科考试分数较实施前明显提高(P <0.01),且最后一次出科考试分数显著高于第1次出科考试分数(P <0.01)。PDCA循环法实施后该基地实习学生OSCE的用药交代、用药咨询考站分数及总分均显著高于其他基地实习学生(P <0.05)。结论 采用PDCA循环法完善临床药学专业本科实践教学内部质量监控体系可提升临床药学专业本科实习学生的实践能力,可在其他实践教学基地推广。
Abstract:AIM To enhance the internal quality control system of clinical pharmacy undergraduate practical teaching and promote a virtuous cycle in clinical pharmacy undergraduate practical teaching. METHODS From July 2020 to June 2022, a total of 234 undergraduate students majoring in clinical pharmacy were selected as the research subjects. From July 2021 to June 2022, the PDCA cycle method was introduced into the internal quality control of clinical pharmacy undergraduate practical teaching, with each cycle lasting for 10 weeks, ensuring continuous improvement. A comparison was made between the scores of internship students at this base before and after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method, as well as between the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) scores of students at this base and students at other bases. RESULTS After the implementation of the PDCA cycle method, the final scores of internship students in their last exit exam significantly improved compared to before(P < 0.01), and these final scores were significantly higher than their scores in the first exit exam(P < 0.01). Furthermore, after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method, the scores of internship students in OSCE, including medication counseling and medication consultation stations, as well as the total scores, were significantly higher than those of students at other bases(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Applying the PDCA cycle method to improve the quality of undergraduate practical teaching in clinical pharmacy can enhance the practical abilities of undergraduate students majoring in clinical pharmacy. This approach can be extended to other practical teaching bases.
