目的评价加替沙星治疗急性尿路感染的有效性和安全性。方法将临床确诊为急性尿路感染的患者58例随机分为2组:加替沙星组28例,予加替沙星葡萄糖注射液400mg,ivgtt,qd;左氧氟沙星组30例,予左氧氟沙星注射液200mg,ivgtt,bid。2组疗程均为7～14d。结果加替沙星组与左氧氟沙星组痊愈率分别为78.57%与70.00%;有效率分别为96.43%与93.33%;细菌清除率分别为92.59%与85.71%。2组比较,P均>0.05。不良反应发生率分别为14.28%与16.67%,反应较轻。结论加替沙星葡萄糖注射液治疗急性尿路感染的临床疗效与左氧氟沙星注射液相当。

AIM To evaluate the curative effect and safety of gatifloxacin on acute urinary tract infection. METHODS Fifty-eight cases of acute urinary tract infection were divided into 2 groups randomly: the gatifloxacin group were given gatifloxacin 400 mg,iv gtt,qd for 7-14 d and the levofloxaxin group were given levofloxaxin 200 mg,iv gtt,bid for 7-14 d. RESULTS The overall efficacy rate were 78.57% in gatifloxacin group and 70.00% in levofloxaxin group at the end of treatment (P>0.05). The clinical effective rate were 96.43% and 93.33% respectively (P>0.05); the bacterial clearance rate were 92.59% and 85.71%,respectively (P>0.05). The adverse drug reaction rates were 14.28% and 16.67%,respectively (P>0.05). There were no statistic significances between the 2 groups. CONCLUSION The clinical curative effect of acute urinary tract infection with gatifloxacin was correspond to levofloxaxin.
