报道1例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的诊疗及药学实践过程。患者3年前确诊为非小细胞肺癌，病理诊断为肺腺癌，组织标本基因检测结果为表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）基因突变，药师建议化学治疗联合奥希替尼靶向治疗，临床医师采纳该建议后初步控制了患者的疾病进展。患者规律口服奥希替尼2年后出现获得性耐药，药师结合患者自身情况进行药物调整，建议换用贝福替尼联合化学治疗。经治疗，患者病灶缩小，病情稳定。药师通过协助临床医师制定“量体裁衣”的用药方案，为患者提供了安全、有效、经济的个体化药学服务，全面提升了肿瘤患者的疗效。
