报道1例围术期患者的营养治疗过程,探讨临床药师对患者围术期间所实施的全程化营养管理。临床药师从术前的营养干预到术后营养治疗方案的优化,全程保障营养治疗方案的合理性。药师充分掌握营养药物的特点,并结合患者的实际情况优化营养治疗方案,从而改善围术期患者的营养状况,减少术后相关并发症,提高围术期患者营养药物治疗的安全性和有效性,充分发挥营养治疗的临床价值,体现临床药学的价值。
