目的探讨对老年患者Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物进行干预的效果。方法选取我院2010年4月-2011年4月出院的手术患者(168例)为对照组,和2012年4月-2013年4月出院的手术患者(175例)为观察组,进行对照研究。结果对照组抗菌药物使用率为71.43%,观察组为30.86%。对照组中10.83%的患者选择了第1代头孢菌素类,59.17%的患者选择了第3代头孢菌素类;观察组中51.85%的患者选择了第1代头孢菌素类,7.41%的患者选择了第3代头孢菌素类。观察组Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物在药物的选择、首次给药时机、预防用药的疗程、抗菌药物的使用率等指标的合格率较对照组明显上升。结论本研究所实施的干预措施具有可行性与有效性,促进安全、有效、合理地使用抗菌药物,为老年患者Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物的干预研究提供了一条新的途径。

AIM To investigate and evaluate the use of antibacterial drugs in patients aged over 60 years old who underwent typeⅠ surgical incision during perioperative period.METHODS The discharged cases of typeⅠ surgical incision from April 2010 to April 2011 were selected as the control group(n=168).The discharged cases of typeⅠ surgical incision from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected as the intervention group(n=175).The intervention effects of pharmaceutical services on using antibacterial drugs between the 2groups were compared.RESULTS The selection of antibacterial drugs was decreased from 71.43%(control group)to30.86%(intervention group).After intervention,the qualification rate of prophylactic use including choice,timing of first dose,course of treatment and utilization rate,etc of antibacterial drugs in the observation group had significantly increased compared with the control group.CONCLUSION The feasibility and validity after pharmaceutical intervention can promote safe,effective and rational use of antibacterial drugs and provide a new way in the perioperative antibacterial drugs intervention study.
