目的探讨枸橼酸西地那非阴道栓对♀性日本大白兔子宫内膜的作用。方法选取未孕兔子28只,随机分为对照组和枸橼酸西地那非阴道栓高、中、低3个剂量组。对照组使用不含药物的空白栓剂,高、中、低3个剂量组使用每枚含枸橼酸西地那非分别为15、10、5mg阴道栓。每只兔子每天同一时间使用阴道栓1枚,连续给药20d后,制取标本,观察子宫内膜厚度的变化,并测定血液中各雌激素的浓度。结果与对照组相比,高、中、低3个剂量组用药后都能增加兔子子宫内膜的厚度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和高、中、低3个剂量组兔子血液中雌激素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枸橼酸西地那非阴道栓明显增加兔子子宫内膜的厚度,对兔子的雌激素水平则没有明显影响。

AIM To study the effect of sildenafil on endometria of female Japan rabbits.METHODS Twenty-eight non-pregnancy Japan rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:control group,high concentration,middle concentration and low concentration of sildenafil groups.Every rabbit except those in the control group was given sildenafil vaginal suppository containing 5,10,15 mg sildenafil respectively in the same time every day for 20 days,these rabbits in the control group were given placebo.The varity of endometrial thickness and the concentration of estrogenic level in the blood were determined.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the endometrial thickness of rabbits in the groups with sildenafil were increased significantly(P<0.05),but their blood estrogenic levels had no significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Sildenafil vaginal suppository can increase the endometrial thickness of Japan rabbits,but produced no obvious effect on blood estrogenic level.
