目的抗菌药物的疗效不仅取决于药物的抗菌活性,还与其给药方案有关。正确的给药方案应参考抗菌药物的药代/药效(PK/PD)特征。时间依赖性抗菌药物在我国仍然没有按照其PK/PD特征给药,主要问题是给药间隔不当。近年来国外研究表明,时间依赖性抗菌药物的疗效与其给药方案密切相关。本文结合国外研究进展,提出了改善我国β内酰胺类时间依赖性抗菌药物应用的建议。
