目的观察文拉法辛缓释片治疗广泛性焦虑症(GAD)的持续性注意力变化及临床疗效。方法 67例GAD患者以文拉法辛缓释片治疗8周,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床总体评价量表(CGI)评定临床疗效,以连续操作试验(CPT)检测患者治疗前后持续性注意力的变化,并将其各分项指标与67例健康对照组作对比分析。结果 67例GAD患者经文拉法辛缓释片治疗8周后,总有效率为77.5%,HAMA评分较治疗前下降明显(P<0.01)。与健康对照组相比,入组时患者组持续性注意功能有明显损害,治疗8周后的持续性注意力各分项指标较治疗前有明显改善,有些指标已接近健康对照组。结论文拉法辛缓释片治疗对GAD具有良好的疗效和安全性,其治疗后的持续性注意力有明显改善。

AIM To study the efficacy of venlafaxine extended release tablet on the change of continuous attention function of patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).METHODS Sixty seven patients with GAD were treated with venlafaxine extended release tablet for 8 weeks.The scale of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and clinical global impression(CGI) were used to assess the efficacy,while the continuous performance test(CPT) was applied to evaluate the change of continuous attention function before and after treatment.All the items of CPT were compared with those of healthy people.RESULTS Scores of HAMA in GAD group decreased significantly after treated with venlafaxine extended release tablet,with the total effective rate of 77.5%.Compared with people in control group,GAD patients had obvious damage of continuous attention function which improved significantly after treated with venlafaxine extended release tablet.CONCLUSION Venlafaxine extended release tablet is effective and safe in treating GAD patients,which can improve their continuous attention function.
