清热止痒颗粒对特应性皮炎小鼠外周血Th1/Th2细胞的调控作用

摘要:

目的探讨清热止痒颗粒对特应性皮炎小鼠外周血Th1/Th2细胞的调控作用。方法采用2,4-二硝基氟苯建立特应性皮炎小鼠模型,观察清热止痒颗粒对特应性皮炎小鼠的治疗效果,用流式细胞仪检测小鼠外周血Th1、Th2细胞浓度。结果特应性皮炎小鼠外周血Th1细胞水平、Th1/Th2比值低于正常小鼠,Th2细胞水平高于正常组小鼠(P<0.01)。清热止痒颗粒治疗后,外周血Th1细胞水平、Th1/Th2比值上升,Th2细胞水平下降,且Th2细胞水平与正常小鼠比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清热止痒颗粒能调节Th1、Th2细胞水平,纠正Th1/Th2失衡,是其治疗特应性皮炎小鼠的可能机制之一。

Abstract:

AIM To investigate the effects of Qingrezhiyang grain on Th1/Th2 in mouse model of atopic dermatitis.METHODS The mouse model of atopic dermatitis with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene was set up,and the curative effect of Qingrezhiyang grain on the mouse of atopic dermatitis was observed.Th1/Th2 cells were determined by flow cytometry.RESULTS The level of Th1 cell and the ratio of Th1/Th2 in peripheral blood in mouse model of atopic dermatitis was less than the normal mouse and Th2 cell was higher than the normal mouse(P<0.01).After the treatment by Qingrezhiyang grain,the level of Th1 cell and the ratio of Th1/Th2 was increased and the Th2 cell was reduced.The level of Th2 was no significant difference compared with the normal group(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Qingrezhiyang grain could adjust the Th1 cells and the Th2 cells,correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2.This might be one of the possible function mechanism to treat atopic dermatitis.
