目的追踪观察支原体检出率和耐药状况及药敏谱改变情况,以更好地指导临床合理规范使用抗生素。方法对非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)泌尿生殖道标本进行支原体分离培养鉴定计数及药物敏感试验,试剂采用珠海黑马试剂,按要求进行操作并观察结果,统计方法采用χ2检验。结果解脲支原体(UU)的男、女检出率分别为44.73%5、4.49%;人型支原体(MH)男女检出率分别为3.11%、17.78%。UU耐药率,红霉素63.57%、环丙沙星62.32%、氧氟沙星47.41%、罗红霉素34.91%;MH对多种抗生素呈高耐药性,耐药率红霉素98.01%、阿齐霉素92.43%、罗红霉素86.06%、环丙沙星82.50%。结论女性UU阳性检出率有下降,MH阳性检出率增加;支原体对多种抗生素的耐药性明显增加;药敏试验方便临床医师了解医院耐药谱的变化,并对临床准确合理选用抗生素进行治疗具有比较重要的指导意义。

AIM To observe and follow-up the detective rate,resistance and sensitivity spectrum of mycoplasma in patients with non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU) in order to quide the better use of antibiotics.METHODS A total of 2 234 cases of urogenital specimens were collected.Mycoplasma was cultured after isolated and identificated.Then the number of mycoplasma was observed and the drug-sensitive test was made by biochemical analysis.The statistical methods used χ2 test.RESULTS The positive rates of ureaplasma ureaplycium(UU) were 44.73% and 54.49% in male and female patients,respectively.And the positive rates of mycoplasma huminis(MH) were 3.11% and 17.7% in male and female patients,respectively.The drug resistance rate of UU to erythromycin(ERY),ciprofloxacin(CIP),ofloxacin(OFL) and roxithromycin(ROX) were 63.57%,62.32%,47.41% and 34.91%,respectively.The drug resistance of MH to ERY,azithromycin(AZI),ROX and CIP were 98.01%,92.43%,86.06% and 82.50%,respectively. CONCLUSION The positive rate of UU in female patients decreases but that of MH increases.Both UU and MH show increased resistance to antibiotics.And the drug-sensitive test is helpful for doctors to select a reasonable drug in treatment.
