报道1例中间型链球菌引起播散性细菌脓肿患者的药学实践。患者，女性，52岁，因“腰痛4个月，头痛2个月余，加重伴发热2周”入院。入院诊断为播散性细菌脓肿；肺炎伴脓胸、脑脓肿、脊柱及椎旁软组织感染。入院后临床药师结合患者的检查结果、中间链球菌感染特点、抗菌药物药动学/药效学特征，查阅相关文献，为患者制订个体化抗感染治疗方案，治疗初期采用头孢曲松联合甲硝唑广谱覆盖，待感染控制后降阶梯为大剂量青霉素G靶向治疗。经治疗，患者体温及炎症指标恢复正常，顺利出院。
