目的 探索第三方医药公司配送模式下的互联网医院药品自提点的信息化建设方案，以实现药品流通全过程可追溯，确保药品质量安全。方法 对互联网医院药品自提点的药品流转现状与存在问题进行分析，实施信息化建设，开发微信管理小程序，实行处方打包药品自提点内的全流程管理。结果 运用信息化技术改进医院互联网医院药品自提点的工作流程，提升了药品管理水平，规范了药品流通环节，保障了药品质量和用药安全，促进医疗资源合理分配。结论 第三方配送模式下的医院互联网医院药品自提点的信息化建设，促进了医院互联网医院药品自提点管理的标准化与规范化，提升了药品管理水平。

AIM To explore a solution for the informatization construction of medication self-pickup points in hospital online pharmacies under the third-party pharmaceutical company distribution model, achieve full-process traceability for drug circulation, and ensure quality and safety of medication. METHODS Through a detailed analysis of medication flow status and existing challenges at self-pickup points in the online pharmacy, informatization initiatives were implemented by innovatively developing a WeChat scan-code management mini-program. This enabled the wholeprocess management in prescription packaging drug self-pick-up points. RESULTS The application of modern information technology enhanced medication management standards. This initiative standardized supply chain processes, ensured the quality and safety of medication, and promoted the rational allocation of medical resources. CONCLUSION The informatization construction of medication self-pickup points in hospital online pharmacies under the third-party delivery model has facilitated the standardization and regulation of management practices, enhancing medication management capabilities.
