目的观察氟比洛芬酯注射剂用于肺癌手术后自控镇痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院胸外科肺癌患者88例,随机分为对照组(使用芬太尼镇痛,n=42)和研究组(使用氟比洛芬酯镇痛,n=46),观察2组患者术后0、6、12、24、48 h的血压、心率、血氧饱和度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Ramsay镇静评分(RSS)、自控镇痛按压次数以及不良反应的发生率。结果 2组患者的血压、心率、血氧饱和度、VAS、RSS和自控镇痛按压次数等相比差异均无统计学意义,而不良反应中的恶心呕吐在对照组中发生率有31.0%,显著高于研究组的17.4%(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯注射剂用于肺癌手术后镇痛疗效良好,不良反应轻。
Abstract：AIM To observe the efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil injection for analgesia after lung cancer operation. METHODS A total of 88 lung caner patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group( using fentanyl analgesia,n = 42) and study group( using flurbiprofen axetil analgesia,n = 46). The blood pressure,heart rate,oxyhemoglobin saturation,visual analogue scale( VAS),Ramsay sedation scale( RSS) 0,6,12,24 or 48 h after surgery,number of pressing the patient-control machine in 48 h and incidence of adverse drug reactions in 2groups were determined. RESULTS Blood pressure,heart rate,oxyhemoglobin saturation,VAS,RSS and number of pressing in 2 groups showed no statistical significance,and the nausea and vomiting adverse reaction in control group was 31. 0%,significantly higher than 17. 4% in study group( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION Flurbiprofen axetil injection produces effective curative effect with little adverse drug reactions in lung cancer post-operative analgesia.
