报道1例换瓣术后感染白念珠菌致感染性心内膜炎、眼内炎及皮肤软组织感染的病例。患者为24岁男性，因“间断发热2月余，伴下肢疼痛2周”入院。入院诊断人工瓣膜置换术后感染性心内膜炎及下肢皮肤软组织感染。临床药师结合患者实际情况，查阅国内外文献，给予两性霉素B联合米卡芬净抗感染治疗并提供全程的药学监护，患者感染得到有效控制并取得了良好的治疗效果。
