目的观察国产一次性血液透析动静脉瘘穿刺针应用于血透患者的安全性和有效性。方法采用随机对照研究方法,比较国产与进口一次性动静脉穿刺针在使用动静脉内瘘进行透析的终末期肾病患者应用的安全性和有效性。结果共入组70例血透患者,所有患者均顺利接受动静脉穿刺,并完成预定时间透析治疗。单次治疗尿素下降率在两组患者之间差异无统计学意义。穿刺时两组患者的疼痛感受度、护士操作的方便性、进针的顺畅性、患者穿刺部位的并发症如皮肤过敏、皮下出血、感染、内瘘栓塞等相似(P>0.05),血白细胞、内毒素等参数两组在治疗前后差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产一次性血液透析动静脉瘘穿刺针临床应用的安全性和可靠性与进口产品相似。

AIM To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of domestic disposable arteriovenous puncture needles when used in hemodialysis.METHODS A randomized control study was taken to compare domestic and imported disposable arteriovenous puncture needles used in hemodialysis.RESULTS Seventy hemodialysis patients enrolled in the study.They were randomly distributed to the domestic group and imported group.All patients received successfully arteriovenous fistula puncture and completed the scheduled time of dialysis treatment.There was no difference in urea reduction rate between the domestic group and imported group.The degree of pain by patients and operation convenience by nurses were similar between domestic group and imported group(P>0.05).The puncture complications such as bleeding,infection and fistula thrombosis were also similar between 2 groups(P>0.05).White blood cell count and endotoxin in domestic group were comparable to the imported group,whether before or after hemodialysis(P> 0.05).CONCLUSION The safety and reliability between domestic and imported disposable arteriovenous puncture needles used in hemodialysis is same.
