目的 探索临床药师培训中客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）的模式。方法 查阅国内外OSCE相关文献，结合医院基地临床药师培训实际情况，建立OSCE模式，对培训学员进行OSCE，以提升学员临床药学服务能力。结果 建立了针对临床药师培训学员的OSCE培训体系和OSCE题库，并成功运用OSCE模式完成通科学员考核，发现了现有常规带教和考核在临床药学服务能力提升方面的局限性。结论 建立基于OSCE的临床药师学员培训的新模式，可以有效提升临床药师培训满意度，值得进一步推广。

AIM To explore the model of the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) assessment in clinical pharmacist training. METHODS By referring to OSCE assessment literature at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of clinical pharmacist training in our hospital, the OSCE assessment mode was established to conduct OSCE and to improve the clinical pharmaceutical care ability of the trainees. RESULTS The OSCE assessment and training system for clinical pharmacists and the OSCE examination question bank were established. The OSCE assessment mode was successfully used to complete the general scientific staff assessment, and the limitations of the existing conventional teaching and assessment in the improvement of clinical pharmaceutical care ability were found.CONCLUSION The new training mode of clinical pharmacists based on OSCE assessment established can effectively improve the clinical pharmacists' satisfaction with the training which is worth further promoted.
