<正> 自本世纪初发现了维生素A(VA)是人体内一种必不可少的重要脂溶性生长因子以来,对VA和被称为VA原的类胡萝卜素的研究,一直吸引着众多的科学家。 在类胡萝卜素大家族中,天然存在的,已被鉴定的成员已达500余种,其中有VA活性的达50余种,以β-胡萝卜素(β-carotene,β-C)转化为VA的效价最高。
