目的:观察冬虫夏草多糖脂质体(Ⅰ)和I+黄芪(Ⅱ)对小鼠巨细胞病毒(MCMV)感染的作用.方法:将不同浓度Ⅰ、Ⅱ和淫羊藿(Ⅲ)接种在鼠胚成纤维细胞(MEFC)上,观察毒性作用;将Ⅰ、Ⅱ与MCMV等量混匀后,接种MEFC培养瓶,观察Ⅰ、Ⅱ对MCMV的作用;预先igⅠ和Ⅱ15d后,接种MCMV.d6取唾液腺标本接种MEFC,培养后观察Ⅰ、Ⅱ对唾液腺标本接种MEFC后的MCMV分离数目.结果:①除Ⅲ外,Ⅰ和Ⅱ对MEFC无毒性作用;②Ⅰ、Ⅱ与MCMV混匀后接种MEFC,未见明显抑制MCMV的作用;③小鼠感染15d前以Ⅰ或Ⅱ处理,能有效地降低小鼠唾液腺中的病毒分离率.结论:Ⅰ对小鼠感染MCMV有一定的抑制或消除作用,Ⅰ+Ⅱ则效果更佳.
Abstract:AIM:To investigate the effects of cordyceps polysaccharide-liposome(Ⅰ ) as well as I plus radix astragali (Ⅱ) on murine cytomegalovirus (MCMV) infection. MET-HODS: Different concentration of Ⅰ,Ⅱand herba epimedii(Ⅲ) were inoculated on mouse embryofibroblast cells (MEFC) to observe the toxic effects of the drugs. The influences of drugs on the MCMV infected MEFC were observed by mixing equal volumes of Ⅰ,Ⅱand MCMV and then inoculating into MEFC cultures. To observe the effects of the drugs on the MCMV infected mice, the drugs were given, ig for 15 d prior to induction of infection in mice. RESULTS:(1) Except Ⅲ, ⅠandⅡwere not toxic to MEFC cells. (2) When Ⅰand Ⅱwere first mixed with MCMV and then inoculated into MEFC, no inhibitory effect was observed. (3)Treatment with Ⅰor Ⅱ15 d prior to infection on mice reduced significantly the isolation rates of virus from salivery gland of mice. CONCLUSION : It indicates thatⅠhas certain inhibiting or eradicating effects on the MCMV infection of mice,the effects of Ⅰ+ Ⅱeven better.
